2 months old female beagle in Flushing, New York

Her name is Coco and we got her for our baby brother's birthday. She's 2 months old now DOB is 11/18/2014 and is still in the process of potty training her. My brother loves her dearly but our landlord wouldn't let us keep Coco unless we pay an extra fee for rent. Unfortunately we would not be able to afford this on a monthly basis.
