$850 room for rent in Woodside Queens in Flushing, New York

Hey, we are two students (me St.Johns University and my friend from La Guardia Community college) and recently moved to this nice place few days ago and after that we realized this place is really big for two of us. :) So its a three bedrooms apartment and we already occupied two of those and looking for our missing part. Yeah... we are not only lookin for a roommate we also hope to find a person who gonna be a part of our house community lol... :)
So the room is pretty huge and we have a large living room also. Bathroom and kitchen are in share. The best part is that we gonna be the first tenants of the apt.
$850 per month is needed to move in, plus electricity and cable , which usually comes to approximately 130 a month altogether and we divide it for three. To move in we require a 1 month security deposit plus first months rent.
