looking for a,female/male professional, clean to rent one of my big,beautifull,and furnished room. the place in forest-hills queens. the monthly fee is $840. I would like payment of $420 every two weeks and $420 security deposit. utilities include. room is wall to wall carpeted, fuly furnished. with tv , dvd and cable. access for internet. closet space, loundromate. elevator, intercom. very security town. very close to E and F subway line and very close to the rail road. this beautifull, big, and fully furnished will be available in nov/30/2014.
