looking for female/male clean clean professional responsible honest and organize to rent 1 of my big and beautifull room. the location forest-hills queens. the monthly fee is $840. I would like payment of $420 every two weeks and $420 security deposit.Utilities included. Room is wall to wall carpeted.fully furnished, w/tv,dvd and cable access for internet. Closet space.Laundromat in the building.very security town. Close to E and F subway line and the railroad. minimum stay from 7 months and up.
