Looking for a clean and responsible roommate for 1 furnished bedroom in a 2 Bedroom 7th floor apartment in an elevator building. I am male.
Electricity, Internet, WiFi and Cable TV with premium channels included.
About the place:
- Very close to grocery stores and laundromats. There are also washing machines in the building. Apartment is literally in the middle of everything.
- Short walk to the number 7 line or the R train making for a 20 minute subway commute into Manhattan.
- Nice sunny room. TV, gadgets and devices in shared living quarters (living room, bathroom and kitchen) are available for use as long as they are used with care.
- Closet in the room with more closet space outside the room for you to use. The room is furnished with a bed, a small dresser, a computer desk and a TV.
- Cleanliness is necessary in the common areas.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking in the Kitchen (only) is ok.
- No drugs and no drama.
No overnight guest stays unless pre agreed upon.
